Hi there, I'm Tracey!

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist based out of New Haven, Connecticut. I utilize an individually tailored approach for adolescents and adults, integrating traditional and holistic practices to facilitate overall well-being for individuals, identity development, and acceptance of the self.

My focus

I work with both adolescents and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, or trauma-related symptoms, as well as long-term problematic behavior and relationship patterns. I am well-practiced in decreasing feelings of hopelessness and depression, stress/anxiety, and anger, as well as issues such as impulsivity and substance use.

My approach

As a psychologist trained in multiple theoretical approaches and treatments, I integrate relational and attachment-based approaches with skill-based techniques under a trauma-informed lens. This means I have the flexibility to utilize coping strategies and regulation techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy and trauma treatments.
