Hi there, I'm Kellie!

I believe we are all doing the best we can in life; nobody is perfect, and we learn and grow from the mistakes we make. What you want to get out of therapy is what you will get. You are the expert on your life, and I help you learn how to use life tools to meet the goals you strive for.

My focus

I specialize in working with ADD/ADHD, anxiety, panic disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorder, self-harm and suicidal feelings, and trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

My approach

I use ACT, CBT, DBT, Mindfulness Meditation, Strengths-Based and Solution Focused approaches, Holistic Psychotherapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Exposure Therapy. I support clients managing depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar, schizophrenia, post-partum depression, and other concerns.
