I provide a non-judgmental, safe space. My aim is to make my patients feel comfortable in my care while being supported on their healing journey. You can expect warmth, respect, and genuine partnership as we work together toward your wellness goals.

My journey to mental healthcare

I've worked in various specialties throughout my nursing career, and it wasn't until I noticed how differently patients with mental illness were treated that I decided that I wanted to be a mental health provider.

My goals for you

The initial interaction, whether it's a phone consultation or the initial evaluation, sets the tone for the clinician to understand who the patient is and if/how they can help the patient.

Our first session

During intake, I will spend the time to understand you by exploring your mental health issues and concerns. You will have a clear understanding of the goals of treatment and your treatment plan. You are also provided the time to ask questions and express yourself freely.
