Hi there, I'm Kelly!

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, panic disorder, phobias, depression, trauma, adjustment issues, and chronic pain. My goal is to help you improve your mood, functioning, relationships, and quality of life through evidence-based approaches tailored to your unique needs.

My focus

I work with adults facing depression, anxiety, panic disorder, phobias, OCD, stress, adjustment issues, trauma, and chronic pain. Many of these issues impact how you relate to yourself and others, so we often explore self-esteem and interpersonal patterns as important parts of treatment.

My approach

I combine Mindfulness-based approaches with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to examine how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors interact. I'm trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy for trauma, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy for depression, and CBT for chronic pain. I tailor these strategies in collaboration with you to meet your therapy goals.
