I have a keen ability to connect with individuals at their worst. There is very little that shocks, scares, or offends me. Our time together will be judgment-free.

My journey to mental healthcare

Too many individuals have been traumatized by treatment. No one should be harmed by those charged with helping, regardless of good intentions. My practice is driven by the principle of “do not harm”.

My goals for you

Grounded in a nonjudgmental stance, I utilize a normalizing approach to presenting problems. You will have the opportunity to learn and practice skills in mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance.

Our first session

Nerves are normal before our first meeting. Take a deep breath, relax as much as you can, and I will take it from there. My priority is learning about what's most important to you.
