I am an LCSW from Hartford, Ct who provides faith - based and evidence-based counseling services. through my practice Hope 2 Connect Counseling, Coaching and Consulting, LLC. My goal is to foster growth, empowerment and hope in individuals and communities.

My journey began when I realized I wanted to be for others what I felt and believed was lacking in my life when I needed it the most.

My goals for you

Therapy is a 70/30 relationship where you personally take 70% of the responsibility and accountability for your care and I step in with the 30 % to assist you to get from where you are to where you want to be.

Your first session with me will be about discovery and connection. Giving both of us the opportunity to discover who we are and if a positive therapeutic connection can be formed in order to take this journey together.
