My communication style

My communication style can be described as warm and authentic, as well as empowering and goal-directed. I listen to my client's experience, putting them at the center of treatment. Many of my clients seek a collaborative approach where they are truly heard and honored with what works for them.

My journey to mental healthcare

Working on my mental health and creating expressive artwork helped me discover sources of healing and inner strength. As a result, I bring a deep sense of respect and insight into my work.

My goals for you

I utilize EMDR to help you manage triggers and emotions. CBT can help you recognize patterns and challenge negative thinking so you feel more confident. Practicing mindfulness and meditation during sessions helps you ground, integrate thoughts and emotions, and remain calm.

Our first session

You can look forward to a compassionate exploration of symptoms and challenges that make day-to-day life difficult. Your treatment plan will be co-created to ensure your goals are addressed. I will also be happy to answer any questions about the therapeutic process.
