I work with clients looking to stabilize mood, beat depression and anxiety, and stop all perceptual distortions. My goal is to help clients find balance and peace in their everyday lives.

My journey to mental healthcare

I grew up with mental illness in my family, seeing the struggle with depression, mood swings, and anxiety. I aim to help people find balance, peace, and joy in their everyday lives.
