I specialize in working with diverse needs, including special education, and am committed to promoting mindfulness and movement-based practices to enhance well-being for individuals and caregivers.

I work with middle schoolers, teens, young adults, and adults. I specialize in ADHD, anger management, anxiety, autism spectrum, behavioral and learning issues, depression, developmental disabilities, perinatal/postpartum concerns, family relationships, LGBTQIA+ support, self-harm, trauma, and wellness practices.
My approach
I use a client-centered, eclectic approach to support individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures. My methods include Emotionally Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Techniques, Trauma-Focused Interventions, CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Multicultural Therapy.
