My focus

The populations I work with are adults experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief, relationship issues, trauma, and disability concerns.

My approach

I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all model of therapy. She begins with a thorough assessment and collaborates with each client to determine the therapeutic methods that will best support their goals. While trained in a variety of evidence-based practices, she places the highest value on the healing power of the therapeutic relationship.
