My journey to mental healthcare

I worked in media for about ten years and noticed that personal lives impact work lives. I wanted to learn how to help people identify this connection and feel empowered to align their feelings with the way they want to live their lives.

My goals for you

Goal setting is a collaborative activity that takes place early in the counseling process. My goal is to support you in defining your goals and breaking down the steps to achieve them.

Our first session

I want you to feel comfortable asking any questions about the counseling process. We'll discuss information about you and why you're seeking counseling now. We'll also discuss whether this feels like a good fit and how we'll proceed with counseling.
