My journey to mental healthcare

My nursing experience showed me how deeply mental health affects overall well-being, no matter how physically healthy someone is. I'm motivated by breaking the stigma around mental health and delivering personalized care, rather than a standard approach.

I believe the best goals are the ones that feel meaningful to you. In our sessions, we’ll talk about what you’d like life to look like and create small, realistic steps to help you get there. I’ll check in with you along the way so we can celebrate progress and shift direction if your needs change.

Our first session

In your first session, we'll get to know each other and explore your unique situation and what's important to you. I'll listen to your concerns, review your history, and begin creating a personalized plan that may include therapy, medication, or both.
