Hi there, I'm Danielle!

My goal as your therapist is to work comfortably and collaboratively to build a life for you that is peaceful, meaningful, and joyful.

My focus

I have experience with anxiety, substance use, depression, life transitions, relationship and family issues, and trauma/PTSD. I use a blend of interventions based on client preferences, including mindfulness practices, brainspotting, CBT, psychodynamic therapy, and attachment theory.

My approach

My therapeutic approach is humanistic and existential. For me, this means that I will follow your lead as we work collaboratively to develop goals and create positive change. Sessions with me are filled with empathy, support, and a bit of humor at times. I want you to know yourself, accept yourself, and learn to become your own biggest cheerleader.
