My approach
I use CBT, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) primarily to help you identify and address patterns of thoughts and behaviors that are holding you back. These approaches are hands-on and give you tools to feel more in control of your emotions and behaviors, as they are proven effective in telehealth practice.
