My journey to mental healthcare

After working with patients who were suffering from mental health issues, I found a passion awakened in me. I wanted to help those struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, and other challenges find the support they deserved.

My goals for you

We'll start by building rapport and gathering the vital pieces needed to move forward. Together, we'll create short-term and long-term goals, then work on solutions to reach them. I believe in empowering you to set your own goals and take ownership of your care.

Our first session

In our first session, I would like my client and me to build a rapport and get to a place where they can feel heard. This open environment will continue throughout all our sessions as we continue to build our rapport.
