My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to becoming a therapist through both professional training and personal experience. Like many people, I've faced my own challenges and moments of feeling uncertainty and overwhelm. Those experiences deepened my empathy and reinforced my belief in the value of having a supportive, non-judgmental space to process life's difficulties.
