I provide a healing environment by allowing clients to speak openly and honestly without judgment. I provide empathy and a solutions-focused approach to encourage my clients to challenge themselves for a better future.

My journey to mental healthcare

I am committed to helping clients recognize their potential and unused resources and feel joy within their lives. I believe we all face challenges differently, and my personal struggles gave me the positive yet calming tone my clients appreciate.

My goals for you

I try to set both short-term and long-term goals with clients in the first session, but I continually work with my clients to re-evaluate goals.

Our first session

During the first session, I would like to develop a trusting relationship as we get to know each other. Some clients like to dive right in, while others move more slowly; that is up to my clients, and I'm always open to feedback on my own services and what has or hasn't worked in the past.
