My communication style

As a therapist, I strongly believe that therapy is a partnership. You do not have to do life alone right now. Together, we’ll identify and set goals that matter to you, whether they focus on improving relationships, building self-esteem, or another personal objective. Remember, you do not have to do this alone.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist because I have a heart for others and believe everyone needs a safe space to talk without judgment. My sole responsibility is to assist you with your goals and help make them a reality.

My goals for you

Goal setting can seem so big, but I believe in helping my client by creating the goal or goals with them. Together, we will achieve the goal or goals by taking small steps towards their goal to achieve their personal objective for their life.

Our first session

We'll get to know one another and discuss your background and what brings you to therapy. Feeling nervous is normal. We'll take it one step at a time, and I'm here to guide you through each step of the process.
