Hi there, I'm Ann!

Everyone needs someone to talk to in order to help resolve problems, manage stress, process trauma, or enhance coping skills. I believe in looking at what you want to accomplish as the goal of therapy and then working on skills to achieve that goal.

My focus

I enjoy working with individuals ages 10 and up and clients who need assistance in dealing with trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, and substance-related issues. I enjoy my work with the LGBTQ+ community as well, and I have worked with transgender youth and young adults in this area.

My approach

I utilize cognitive-behavioral techniques, solution-focused, and person-centered approaches. When needed, I involve family if you're willing and if it will enhance our work together. I believe everyone has the tools inside them to achieve their goals; it's about unlocking and utilizing them.
