I am licensed in Florida with over 22 years of Clinical Mental Health & Wellness experience. I have extensive training with helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, LGBTQ+, grief and loss, motivation, self-esteem/self development, and confidence.

My approach

In our 1st session together, we'll start with introductions, then begin discussion about the specific challenges you're facing and/or reasons you have for your check-up on mental wellness. This will help me develop a plan with you to reach your desired goals and optimal wellness as we work together in follow-up sessions.
