I am a Certified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician. Whether this is your first time considering therapy or not, my goal is to start wherever you are.

I work with adults experiencing substance use disorder, addiction, depression, anxiety, and dual diagnoses. I have experience working with grief, chronic pain, and antagonistic relationships. Sometimes clients are in a transitioning phase in life and need to process and reflect.

I draw from Cognitive Behavior, Strength-Based, Trauma Informed, Somatic, Relational, and Solution Focused approaches to create a comprehensive and individualized treatment with you. Incorporating various modalities complements your existing inner strengths, allowing you to progress forward with purpose and intention.
