My communication style

I conduct my sessions in a very laid-back manner. I will not push to go to a place you are not ready to go to. I respect the process to go at a comfortable pace for each individual. I will challenge and guide you, gauging readiness to further explore. It is important for you to feel comfortable with your process and to trust that journey.

I have been attracted to the field of psychology since I took my first course in high school.

My goals for you

Setting attainable goals is very important because it provides direction, focus, and ways of measuring progress. We will work together in exploring and formulating those goals.

Our first session

The first session includes getting some housekeeping stuff out of the way, gathering some information, getting to know each other, and gathering some history so as to determine how I may be able to better assist, guide, and support during your counseling journey.
