I am passionate about helping my clients overcome and navigate life’s challenges. My practice is dedicated to creating a supportive and collaborative environment where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and work towards a more fulfilling and balanced life.

My focus

I typically work with clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. I am also experienced working with clients who have experienced or are experiencing trauma.

My approach

My approach is mostly solution-focused and CBT. With a strong foundation in these evidence-based approaches, I empower individuals to identify their strengths, set achievable goals, and develop practical strategies for lasting change. I also use trauma-informed approaches to help clients process their experiences.
