Being human is hard! Whether you're struggling with anxiety or depression, finding it difficult to manage your mood, experiencing conflict in your relationships, or feeling overwhelmed with life, I'm here to help. My office is a safe space for you to heal, grow, and learn the skills you need to live a fulfilling life.

My focus

I work with children, adolescents, adults, and couples. I have a passion for helping people feel confident in their ability to manage life's stressors, reduce anxiety, improve their mood, increase self-awareness, and build healthy relationships within themselves and with others.

My approach

I take a client-centered, integrative approach to therapy. Together, we'll identify your goals and explore practices to meet your needs. I use emotion-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy techniques, and mindfulness. I'll keep you informed of the methods I use and explain why they're effective.
