We all experience life's challenges and sometimes need a place to talk about things where there's no judgement, no blame---an opportunity to talk about what can sometimes be complicated thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

I have experience helping adults dealing with undesirable feelings and uncertainty in relationships, work, social environment, and inevitable life changes. I work with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, adjustment related issues, trauma, and substance use related issues.
My approach
I use approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Strengths-Based Therapy. My goal is to help you gain self-awareness, recognize negative thought and behavioral patterns, become empowered by your decisions, and take effective actions towards healing and living a more meaningful life.
