I enjoy working with adults, couples, teenagers, and children. My ideal client may not have been successful with other therapists. I use a variety of approaches to support client needs: hypnotherapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
My approach
I use cognitive-behavioral therapy to help clients identify and dispute irrational beliefs that no longer serve them. I also use hypnotherapy to access the subconscious mind. Clients typically record sessions to listen at their convenience, building self-confidence and alleviating anxiety and depression.
