Ena is a great listener and provided good prompts for me to think about and consider. She helped me realize my potential at work and home. I have very much enjoyed working with her.
VERIFIED PATIENT TESTIMONIAL

Hi there, I'm Ena!

I'm drawn to helping people grow in whatever way will have the most positive impact right now. Sometimes growth means small steps that break down what feels overwhelming. Other times, you're ready for leaps and bounds. Our time together focuses on what you need at this moment to be better tomorrow.

My focus

I work with people recovering from trauma, especially complex or recurrent trauma, managing overwhelm, anxiety, or depression, struggling with sense of self or redefining identity, having relationship difficulty or wanting to understand why they behave as they do in certain situations, and feeling frustrated that they don't fit.

My approach

I work from a humanistic perspective, believing you have the potential to live a life that is full and enjoyable as you define it. While I have expertise in psychology, you are the expert on you. I also use cognitive behavioral therapy and other modalities as they best fit the growth you're seeking.
