I use an attachment-focused approach, integrating EMDR, Ego State therapy, DBT, and solution-focused techniques to address trauma symptoms and negative thinking patterns. With couples, I utilize emotion-focused therapy and Gottman's method to improve emotional connection and secure attachments.

My journey to mental healthcare

I've always deeply cared for others and experienced my own struggles with trauma, anxiety, and depression. I've used the same tools I teach my clients to heal and improve my self-worth. I find great value in this work and become invested in my clients' well-being.
