My communication style

I try to keep my environment homey and warm. I keep an even tone. I am friendly and collaborative. I am helping the client find solutions to what is bothering them. I am just a guide to help you on your journey.

My journey to mental healthcare

I learned a lot throughout the years, and it made me want to learn more about mental health. I have always loved Psychology, and that started me down the path of becoming a mental health professional. Everyone has a calling, and I believe this is mine. I love working with people and seeing them learn more about themselves.

My goals for you

We will set goals for you at the beginning of therapy and use smaller goals to help you achieve what it is you are looking for. I will not push you; I want you to take the time you need to get where you feel you need to be. I will check in with you and update any goals that have been met so that we stay on the correct path for you.

Our first session

During our first session, we will go over any paperwork that may need to be completed. I will ask questions that will tell me what you want to work on and what modality may be best to help you reach that goal. We will come up with a treatment plan that works for you. I want to get to know you. But I also want you to get to know me as well.
