My journey to mental healthcare

My career in healthcare started with a focus on women's health and midwifery. Over time, I found myself incorporating mental wellness along with management of physical symptoms. It became so much a part of my practice that I decided to specialize in mental health.

My goals for you

Establishing a therapeutic alliance is foundational in goal setting. I provide a safe space to build trust and rapport. I foster open communication and encourage empathetic, nonjudgmental language. I help you identify what is meaningful and important to you, while balancing your autonomy with appropriate clinical guidance.

Our first session

During the first visit, you can expect a comprehensive and supportive assessment process designed to understand your current concerns, history, and needs. The initial session typically begins with introductions and an explanation of the visit's purpose, helping to establish a comfortable, safe, and nonjudgmental environment.
