Hi there, I'm Sarah!

I work with a wide range of individuals from diverse populations across multiple settings including schools, clinics, community mental health facilities, and foster care organizations. My work includes conducting evaluations and providing individual and group therapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.

My focus

My areas of special interest include psychodiagnostic testing, learning and behavioral disorders, substance abuse, mood disorders including anxiety and depression, and trauma-related disorders.

My approach

My approach is driven by eclectic and integrative therapy appropriate for each individual I meet with. I utilize a humanistic, person-centered approach combined with psychodynamic, motivational, cognitive, behavioral, mindfulness, and interpersonal techniques to help achieve goals and alleviate challenges.
