My journey to mental healthcare

Being able to help people find their solutions to their life problems authentically is what attracted me to a career as a therapist. What drives me to do this work is the belief that never is a long, long time, and there is always light at the end of the tunnel.

Our first session

An introduction to the structure of the session, and time for you to identify your goals. I also review your individualized treatment plan and give you a preview of the modalities you will work with during the sessions.
