I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, stress, and difficult past experiences. I especially enjoy helping clients who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves develop healthier coping skills, strengthen relationships, build confidence, and regain a sense of control.
