Then I explain how your nervous system has been processing information, which has created negative thoughts and feelings that can be updated and changed to more freeing, positive, and empowering outlooks.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist later in life, as I used to be a paralegal prior to becoming a therapist. Through my own struggles, personal experiences, therapy, healing, and spiritual growth, I felt guided to become a therapist and help others.

My goals for you

I listen to your history and presenting issue and make suggestions on how your struggles could be improved. However, this is a collaborative effort to create treatment goals. You get to agree on the goals you want to work on.

Our first session

I explain confidentiality and exceptions to it. Your first session is an assessment of the presenting challenges you are going through to assess treatment planning and goals for effectiveness.
