My communication style is calm, intuitive, and grounded. I strive for my clients to feel deeply safe and seen in our space. I balance active listening with thoughtful reflection and compassionate truth-telling — I'll meet you where you are, but I won't leave you there.

My journey to mental healthcare

Before becoming a therapist, I spent years immersed in spiritual and healing traditions, working with people in deep emotional states around the world. My path to social work grew out of a desire to offer grounded, ethical, and trauma-informed support that honors both psychological science and the human spirit.

My goals for you

We'll clarify what really matters to you — emotionally, relationally, or spiritually — and set goals that are realistic, flexible, and meaningful. Through a combination of weekly exploration, gentle accountability, and self-reflective practices between sessions, I support you in staying connected to your progress.

Our first session

The first session is a warm, open conversation where I'll invite you to share what's bringing you in and what you hope to get out of therapy. We'll explore your history, current challenges, and personal goals — at your pace — and I'll answer any questions you have about working together.
