My style is calm and understanding, with a bit of humor mixed in. I want you to feel comfortable talking with me about anything. I listen without judgment and create a space where you can be yourself.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist because I've always been drawn to people's stories and wanted to help. Therapy lets me work with people who are ready to write new chapters in their lives. I love seeing people become their best selves.

My goals for you

We work together to define what you want to accomplish. You set the destination while I help navigate. This starts with building trust and getting comfortable with one another, then moving toward the changes you want to see.

Our first session

We'll spend our first session talking about how you've been feeling recently, and I'll ask questions to better understand what's going on. It's about building an initial connection and helping me get a sense of where we should go from here.
