I am a Clinical Mental Health Counselor, LMHC (MH 24119). I am a general practitioner with an eclectic approach that matches my clients' needs and goals. I am based in Florida and provide Telehealth Services state-wide.
My focus
I work with clients from childhood through older adulthood who struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, trauma, obsessive-compulsive behavior, and much more. Overall, I would describe myself as a general practitioner. Our first meeting is highly important, as we can both see if we are a good fit for each other.

I tailor treatment to your specific wants and needs, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gestalt, Psychoanalytic, Reality Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused approaches. I meet you where you are in life and work towards whatever emotional or psychological release you need to move forward as the best version of yourself.
