I help clients with stress, anxiety, anger management, self-esteem, and depression. My focus
I work with pre-teens, adolescents, single parents, transgender individuals, people with disabilities, and the elderly facing depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, and trauma. We develop healthy strategies to manage symptoms, cope with life challenges, gain self-awareness and acceptance, and heal from past experiences.
My approach
I build a healthy rapport using a client-centered approach. I frequently use CBT to help clients recognize distortions in thinking and reevaluate them in light of reality. Clients gain insight into their behavior and motivation, identify coping mechanisms, and improve their functioning and quality of life.
