My focus
My focus is to work closely with clients who are facing a range of mental health concerns. I have experience working with pre-teens, adolescents, single parents, transgenders, individuals with disabilities, and the elderly to learn how to cope with life challenges, gain self-awareness, acceptance, and heal from past trauma.
My approach
My approach is to build a healthy rapport with each of my clients by utilizing a client-centered approach that leads to a healthy and fulfilling therapeutic relationship. I frequently use CBT to help clients experiencing depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, and other mental health illnesses to improve their functioning and quality of life.
