I've witnessed a lot of cool stuff happen during therapy. Sometimes, it was expected and hoped for by the clients. Other times, we are pleasantly surprised by the outcome.

During our first assessment and intake, I will ask you to write key words you've said so you can then identify which areas you want to focus first in therapy.

Our first session

During our first assessment and intake, there are key themes that you already know exist. And, by asking the right questions, there are key themes you could discover during the first session. It's best to come prepared... you'll be center stage, perhaps for the first time in your lifetime.
