My journey to mental healthcare

My journey began in a human trafficking class that opened my eyes to the realities of trauma and crisis. Hearing survivors' stories sparked a strong calling to support those who have endured unimaginable pain. This experience shaped my path toward social work and my commitment to trauma-informed care.

My goals for you

I equip clients with practical tools they can apply outside of sessions, including stress management techniques, journaling exercises, grounding practices, and communication skills. True healing lies in empowering you to become the author of your own recovery.

Our first session

In our first session, my priority is creating a safe, welcoming space where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. We'll discuss what brought you to therapy, your goals, and any concerns. I'll ask thoughtful questions to understand your history, current challenges, and strengths while explaining my approach.
