There’s no health without mental health, I read this some place and it resonates with me. I believe in mental health and mental well being. Sometimes talking to family and friends is not enough, sometimes you need an unbiased, non-judgmental, licensed professional who understands how to work with the brain and mind.
My focus
I help individuals and couples move from feeling anxious, unmotivated, or emotionally exhausted to feeling more connected, grounded, and capable. Many of my clients want stronger relationships, a greater sense of control, and healthier ways to cope—but aren’t sure where to begin. That’s where I come in.
