My journey to mental healthcare

I wanted people to have a safe place to heal and feel understood. Over time, this work became my passion. I love helping clients find strength, hope, and new ways to move forward.

Our first session will be an opportunity for us to get to know one another and start building a therapeutic relationship. We’ll discuss your background and what brings you to therapy. If you feel nervous or uncertain, it's okay. I will provide a space that makes you feel comfortable and eases your nervousness. I'm here to support you and guide you
