Hi there, I'm Ana Maria!

I am an LMHC with 10+ years in psychology supporting adults navigating depression, anxiety, grief, survivors of suicide loss, relationships, communication, and life. I worked with military members, homeless individuals, jail diversion, and LGBTQ. I enjoy time with my newly husband and our dog Maya, Airstreaming, yoga, and planning our future farm.

We may start with understanding depression? anxiety? How do they show up? We can identify events, thoughts, feelings, and behaviors gaining insight. Let's see where it takes us.

I view the therapeutic relationship as a partnership built on trust. We are both students of life, learning and evolving together.

I've always been drawn to psychology, observing people and relationships with curiosity. I'm intrigued by how our experiences shape our emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual health. I'm passionate about helping others gain insight, find clarity, and experience the transformative moments that lead to healing.
