I work with women and girls struggling with anxiety, overthinking, and attachment-related patterns in relationships. I combine insight-oriented work with practical tools so you can better manage anxiety, build secure relationships, and feel more confident being yourself.

I work with teens and adults who need a non-biased, safe, and nonjudgmental person to talk to. I have experience with addictions, trauma survivors, eating disorders, and perinatal moms.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and evidence-based practices. Together, we'll explore your unique journey and work towards sustainable solutions. I use CBT, EMDR, Inner Child Work, and other modalities as needed to best help you.

I've been through many highs and lows in life, which developed a deep empathy and compassion for others. I love learning about your unique experiences and how they've shaped you. I know everyone has different upbringings, so I ask questions about what makes you special.

My journey to mental healthcare

I struggled with feeling 'good enough' and perfectionism, which led to unhealthy coping. Through therapy, I replaced negative thoughts with realistic ones and developed skills that worked for me. I found I had a natural gift for helping others because I could truly empathize and walk alongside them.

I meet my clients where they are and develop individualized treatment plans and goals for each one. Sometimes goals change, as life changes all the time.

My intake process takes a couple of sessions because I truly want to spend time getting to know you. I believe it takes time to develop a relationship, so it should also take time to understand what's going to work best for you.
