I work with adolescents and adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. Using a variety of techniques, I support clients in making meaningful progress toward their goals in a warm and collaborative environment.
My focus
I work with clients navigating life transitions, struggling with self-esteem, feeling overwhelmed by emotions and thoughts, or experiencing relationship difficulties. These stressors often manifest as anxiety, depression, and trauma. Together, we build awareness and develop skills to navigate these challenges effectively.
My approach
I use a Rogerian and humanistic approach, incorporating cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused techniques to encourage self-growth, healing, and positive change. I'm also trained in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.
