I start by listening to their concerns, understanding what matters most to them, and helping them break things down into small, realistic steps. I believe in flexibility and adjust goals as needed while offering support and encouragement along the way.

During our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming space where we begin by discussing your story, your concerns, and your history. We'll review what brought you in, go over confidentiality and treatment expectations, and start setting initial, realistic goals together.
