I provide services to clients experiencing depression, trauma, grief, career issues, family functioning, and adoption, to name a few.

My target audience is females aged 15 and up.

My approach

My therapy approach is one that allows for transparency between my clients and myself. I am a firm believer that words are process starters, so we must be intentional with them and alter any negative point of view. Cognitive behavior therapy is my focus area while providing services.

My communication style

I create a supportive and non-judgmental space for my clients. I ask my clients to lead the conversation/counseling session while being open to honest, respectful, and transparent feedback.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have a calling in life to simply help. Providing therapy is my way of doing so. I am able to listen and provide professional guidance that is free of bias to people in their time of need.

My goals for you

My clients spearhead their own goals. I ensure the goals are quantitative and qualitative. Then, we are able to measure them accurately.

Our first session

The first session and all sessions will be conversational. We will start with an icebreaker and immediately determine the reason for counseling.
