I like to keep a calm and relaxed environment. I like to keep a warm and inviting space to help clients feel comfortable in a judgment-free zone.

My journey to mental healthcare

I worked in the school system as a special education teacher specializing in students with emotional and behavioral challenges. I wanted to do more for my community, so I continued to build my skillset to become a clinical social worker. I continue to assist my local communities and school system.

My goals for you

When it comes to goal setting, I want to help the client find what is most important to them to work on. I also like to involve things that my clients are passionate about in treatment when appropriate.

Our first session

Besides the usual intake assessment, I like to have a relaxed conversation about what the client wants to work on, what's important to them, and what they hope for in the future.
