My communication style is active, compassionate, and encouraging. My clients feel comfortable talking about everything, knowing their victories will be celebrated and their intimacies regarded with respectful care.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist because I wanted to understand the human condition and the desire for community, purpose, and meaning. I've always engaged with curiosity toward others and have an inclination toward personal growth, which has been helpful throughout my career.

My goals for you

I often find people come to therapy when they feel stagnation and dissatisfaction in some aspect of life. They know something needs to change and that they need intentional support to make these changes. I work with clients to develop a clear vision of their goals and grow the courage and discipline to become a more successful version of themselves

Our first session

Our first session together is aimed at understanding your needs in therapy, how you've been feeling recently, and if/how this is impacting your outside life. I am active in therapy and willing to jump into the deeper aspects of what has brought you to the session, as I find clients often feel a pressure to emotionally unburden themselves.
